2017 World Retail Awards Finalists

2017 World Retail Awards Finalists

Congratulations to all of our 2017 finalists

New for this year is the introduction of the Best Customer Experience Initiative category. This reflects the growing focus retailers are placing on how they can attract customers through creating great in-store or on-line experiences. It has been without doubt one of most successful new categories with the highest number of entries. The range and variety of entries has been so extensive that we have decided to split the category in two between those that are physical customer experiences, primarily in-store versus those that are technology or on-line-driven experiences.
